Everything is energy and this includes you, your thoughts and your feelings. The way we think affects the world around us. Our thoughts are magnetic and will seek out their own vibrational match so it's vital to take care of you! Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses sound frequencies to help the body relax and return to vibrational balance.
Sound Journeys include a variety of instruments, including specialized hand chimes, sacred rattles, Native American drums, Himalayan bowls, Crystal Singing bowls, Ocean drums, Gongs and more. Each instrument we invested in serves a different purpose, but with the combined goal of slowing the mind and body into a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s ability to heal.
Like most gong baths and sound baths, people lie down and relax to beautiful sounds, but a Sound Journey really is a ‘Journey’. Our instruments guide you wordlessly into powerful inner states. Some people perceive visions, colours and memories. Others gain clarity and new ideas. Many set an intention or ask for guidance. We highly suggest you come with an intention in mind, even if it is just to relax and let go. Sound Journeying is a deeply personal experience and your experience will vary each time.
